I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Support current DPS projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria and analysis of existing requirements documentation. Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities. Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.

- Creating themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria according to Agency standards.
- Convert existing use cases to actionable user stories/epics/acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Analyze existing process documentation and document potential opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support development and implementation of various initiatives.

Position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework (Austin, Texas 78752). Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA (Within 50-mile radius).
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
